The vision of the college is "To Raise Christ-centered men and women who transform the Church and Society." Therefore, apart from academic activities, the college gives importance to practical learning opportunities that help students develop leadership, compassion, discipline, and a heart for Christian service.
Students are assigned to churches where they practice pastoral ministry, Sunday School teaching, preaching, worship leadership and youth ministry. This bridges classroom learning with real ministry experience.
Students regularly participate in community service such as campus cleaning, village cleanliness drives and public service activities to cultivate humility, responsibility and servant leadership.
Students are trained through chapel services, seminars, group discussions, mission exposure and campus responsibilities that prepare them for effective Christian leadership.
